Habitat
for Humanity of San Benito County is extremely excited about
beginning our first season of construction by rehabilitating
homes in San Benito County. Qualifying homeowners will be
eligible for the rehabilitation of substandard and unsafe
conditions in their homes.
Habitat
for Humanity offers low-income homeowners the opportunity to
have their homes repaired.
Do I Qualify? Yes, if you meet the following criteria:
1.
You live in San Benito County
2.
You own your home
3.
You or someone you designate is physically capable to assist
in the remodeling your home
4.
Your annual income for all household members does not exceed
the maximum income stated below:

Do I Apply for the Program?

Call Habitat for Humanity (831) 635-9904 to request an
application, which will be mailed or emailed to you, or
click on the link below to download an application.
2.
Complete the application and return it to Habitat for
Humanity by the deadline stated in the application.
3.
We will notify you if you qualify for the program.
