Homeowners interested in applying for rehabilitation of their homes in 2009, can click this link to find out more information about the 2009 qualification requirements.  These requirements will remain basically the same for 2009; however, there may be some minor changes such as in the income requirements.  HfHSBC uses the HUD established area median income levels for San Benito County; those income levels are updated by HUD in the spring of each year.  We will use the updated incomes when we solicit applications for the 2009 rehabilitations.
