Habitat for
Humanity of San Benito County (HfHSBC) is extremely excited about
beginning our first season of construction by rehabilitating
homes in San Benito County. We have selected qualifying homeowners
who are
eligible for the rehabilitation of substandard and unsafe
conditions in their homes. We are expecting to begin
construction on the rehabilitation of these homes in the Spring of
2008 and expect to complete construction by the Winter of 2008.

information about the 2007 qualification requirements. These
requirements will remain basically the same for 2009; however, there
may be some minor changes such as in the income requirements.
HfHSBC uses the HUD established area median income levels for San
Benito County; those income levels are updated by HUD in the spring
of each year. We will use the updated incomes when we solicit
applications for the 2009 rehabilitations.
