You May Qualify For Low Cost Improvements To Your Home

Homeowners interested in applying for rehabilitation of their homes in 2010, can click this link to find out more information about the 2010 qualification requirements.  These requirements will remain basically the same for 2009; however, there may be some minor changes such as in the income requirements.  HfHSBC uses the HUD established area median income levels for San Benito County; those income levels are updated by HUD in the spring of each year.  We will use the updated incomes when we solicit applications for the 2010 rehabilitations.
